There are many racial injustice movements that have occurred throughout history. The first may be one that people do not always think of but has come into question in the past few decades. This event is Christopher Columbus finding America. The next racial injustice event that came along was slavery. The next event that occurred was the Trail of Tears which was initiated by Andrew Jackson in 1848. During World War II President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed an executive order which created Japanese American Internment Camps. The final event that I looked at was the Civil Rights Movement which was a major racial injustice movement that occurred in the 1950s and changed what is spoken about in textbooks.
