Hey there! My name is Quynh Anh Nguyen, a senior from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I double major in Sociology and International and Global Studies, doing the International Affairs track. I studied abroad in Spring 2022 in Seville, Spain. On campus, I work as a Peer Research Mentor at the Musselman Library and as a student assistant at the Center for Global Education.

My short-term goal upon graduating from Gettysburg College is to secure a job. My preference is to work in the U.S., but I am open to jobs in Canada as well. I am actively looking for a job in consulting, human resources, employee relations, social corporate responsibility, market research, and higher education. I am looking forward to moving to and settling in a new city after graduation for my job.

In the long run, I would like to be doing a job in an international non-profit organization, since I want my work to make a positive impact on the community wherever I happen to be. Contributing toward helping those in need and creating meaningful social change, especially on a global level, are important to me, given my background in both Sociology and International Affairs. I also wish to keep up with the labor force demands in terms of hard skills, as I want to stay updated with relevant trends.
