Career Goals
Short-term, I have accepted a two-year position with Americore and the Central Pennsylvania College Advising Corp to work as a college and career counselor for Phoenix Academy in Lancaster, PA. In this position, I will help high school students plan for their futures, including helping with college and trade school applications, job searching, and more.
Long-term, I want to work in the field of higher education. I either want to work as a professor in sociology or study education and work in college Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work. This will include pursuing a graduate degree in either sociology or education.
