Throughout my research, I have identified scholarly sources that cover main themes that relate to my topic of news media bias and the rejection of Covid-19 vaccines. Themes that I will be covering include free speech in the media; how this issue relates to labeling theory; overall vaccine hesitancy due to the spread of misinformation; and the political bias shown in news media. These four themes can help provide a layout for the specific topic of study, and can provide insight into how scholarly authors have studied these themes.
